Chunk Palmer, a law student from Dr. Bull's office, visits Eddie in prison. After hearing what he has to say, he wins him a new trial.

Benny talks to Chunk and discovers that he had been second-chair to the Assistant District Attorney in Eddie’s first trial. When he hears about the convenient “eyewitness,” he decides to confront the cop who arrested Eddie 17 years ago.

After he finds out Valerie manipulated the evidence against Eddie, Benny offers his services to right the wrong. Will Dr. Bull let him do that?

Eddie's new trial begins, but it's not going to be easy to prove he didn't do it - unless they can find another suspect.
