In Episode 01, Ed (Mr. Alzate) asks Kyle to get a ring resized, because he wants to ask Wendy, a woman he has been dating, to marry him. Mike (Mr. B, as Kyle calls him), catches Kyle with the ring, and thinks he is going to propose to his daughter, Mandy, whom Kyle has been dating.
